Context

This project is located in San Pedro Garza García, within the Arboleda residential complex. From our interior design office, we work in an apartment with luxury finishes, designed to adapt to the dynamic and family life of a young couple.

Proposal

As interior designers, one of the elements we value most is natural light, and in this case it became the central axis of the proposal. The social area is framed by two fully glazed walls that offer panoramic views and an enveloping sense of spaciousness.

In terms of interior design, we opted for a clear and neutral palette, but rich in textures that provide contrast, visual interest and depth. La interior decoration was thought out with intention: from a special coating that wraps around the structural column to strategic finials to incorporate art and personal objects.

The result is a space with character, balance and possibility of appropriation, in line with the curated proposal that defines CM Interiorismo.
